At Eve & Co, Yaritza manages projects spanning the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She has overseen client engagement across 14 U.S. cities and worked closely with stakeholders to track goals and measure success. She co-developed and implemented a community engagement pilot program aimed at promoting equitable access to vaccines. She has facilitated events nationwide and built long-term relationships with community leaders.
Prior to joining the firm, Yaritza was a health worker at the Bronx Community Health Network and Montefiore Medical Group, where she led an opioid overdose prevention initiative. Her public service experience includes roles at the New York City Mayor’s Office—within the Deputy Mayor’s Office of Health and Human Services—and in both the Washington D.C. and Harlem district offices of U.S. Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13).
Yaritza graduated from two CUNY institutions: John Jay College of Criminal Justice and The City College of New York. She is fluent in Spanish.
